This is a library room not far from both legislative chambers in the Tennessee State House in Nashville. The spiral stairway leads to the upper rows of books. There are quite a few books, and they are old. You can also see this chandelier matches the one in my previous post. They are all the same style. Some facts from wikipedia: The building took 14 years to build and was completed in 1859. It was designed by renowned Philadelphia architect William Strickland. He died five years before the building's completion and was entombed in its northeast wall. His son, F. W. Strickland, supervised completion of the structure. via 500px http://j.mp/1hwnxTb
