During the 2012 World Series I managed to make it up to SF to shoot the skyline while it was draped in orange trim. I opted for a different viewpoint from the typical, one where I could focus on the rarely orange-lit Transamerica beacon. Just as I was preparing to shoot blue hour, the marine fog made an unexpected inland push. Though not quite what I had envisioned, the half covered city during sunset made an interesting scene as buildings stuck out above the fog. via 500px http://j.mp/1iTpFlp
