I guess nobody needs to know which city this photo has been taken as everybody knows the brand "Kölnisch Wasser" BTW: The Number 4711 is the house number where the famous "Kölnisch Wasser" was produced originally and has been given by the french troops who occupied Cologne in 1794 and it's most likely not that outstanding fragrance like the Chanel no. 9 but it's has an interesting story ... via 500px http://j.mp/1DUTY9M
