This is UNESCO World Heritage site Bryggen in Begen, Norway. I only had one night in the city and knew I wanted to get this shot, so I left my hotel and ended up getting this around midnight. I was a little startled when a big Norwegian man approached me, but he simply asked if I was doing long exposure shots.
