Golden Gleam by ira-aschermair

I took this shot in the magic ghost town Kolmanskop, near Luederitz (Namibia). Caused by the diamond rush it was the world's most prosperous town in the beginning of the last century. The diamond field exhausted and so the last inhabitant left in 1954. Since then this place is reconquered by the desert and a paradise for every photographer. via 500px http://j.mp/1aASDZW
