Brookfield Place by shanewalshphotographer

Myself and my friend took a trip to the Winter Garden located at Brookfield Place and we decided to take a trip down to the mezzanine to the World Trade Center PATH station. The station is currently under construction and a temporary station entrance is found on ground level, but you can still access the station via the underground system from Brookfield Place as you can see in the image below. The escalators and the smooth clean architectural design really caught my eye and I knew I just had to photograph it. The Oculus on ground level is currently being constructed and was designed by the world renowned Santiago Calatrava who also designed the Samuel Beckett Bridge and James Joyce Bridge here in Dublin, Ireland.
