Fade to Black II by MathijsvandenBosch

I wasn't happy with the previous version so I've uploaded a new one. With many near black tones, an image looks different if it is converted from ProPhoto RGB (or Adobe RGB) to the much smaller colorspace sRGB. Many near blacks end up being clipped. To correct it, I had put the exposure slider up a little and uploaded the file. It looked fine in a bright room mid-day, but pretty horrible when I looked at it later in a darker room in the evening. This version is slightly brighter and I've kept it in Adobe RGB colorspace this time. As far as I know, 500px keeps files as they are when they are uploaded. Sites like 1x.com and Facebook convert all images to sRGB. I've tried to change the exposure, black point and shadows but I can't get it to look the way I would like on those sites. The building is the 'EYE Amsterdam' film institute.
