The Three (n) impact - According to legend, it came to pass anno 1231, as a heavy storm raged over the castles that are now called "Drei Gleichen". Lightning slammed into the castles. So that all three castles simultaneously burned like torches and so got their name in the vernacular - "Drei Gleichen".
