The Eiffel Tower at Dusk by KylePozan

While in Paris, my wife and I set out to capture the Eiffel Tower from various vantage points at sunset in hopes that we would end up with at least one beautiful photo of the City of Love. On our first evening, we decided to photograph the Eiffel Tower from the top of the Arc de Triomphe, which we figured was a hop, skip and a jump away from out hotel in the 1st arrondissement. Boy, were were wrong. An hour later, we arrived at the entrance to the Arc de Triomphe, and by that time we already missed one of the most beautiful sunsets I'd seen in months. When we reached the top, however, we saw that the slow-setting sun provided us with a fantastic blue hour photo of the Eiffel Tower—fully lit in all its glory—with the lights of Parisian homes dotting the horizon in the background. via 500px http://j.mp/1oZPQKg
