I'm always trying to get the effect from HDR without the over the top quality it can give pictures (which can be great in its own right, but I'm trying to be able to work without it while I'm learning about photography). I think in this one I'm a little on the over the top side of things. Photo taken on the balcony of the Rockafeller Centre during the Top of the Rocks tour.
