This area is very conservative architecturally, there is very little modern architecture. The big exception is the campus of UMass-Dartmouth which was designed in the brutalist style by Paul Rudolph. After our first blizzard I had the idea to go over ther and try to contrast the textured concrete buildings with the heavy snow. There I came across this , ivy reclaiming the raw concrete. But what really caught my eye was how the pattern of the ivy and the few leaves left looked like a very twisted musical score. via 500px http://j.mp/1wyxTpN
